I was with the carnival for three yrs, never did the zipper have any probs..now the toboggan, we actually had a car lock up on us at the top of the track, we had to climb up and cut the chain loose and walk the car down the rest of the track..
I’ve always loved the zipper I was thirteen when I rode the ride on 41 now and Ive operated 4 zippers 2 were banjo 80 & 83 zippers an 86 now I’m operating a 2001 zipper model 106. The best part about operating a zipper is bucking tubs when I have to tell the guys hey buddy watch your nuts before I close the cage door
you know i worked for a canival and this ride was the most dangerous that i;ve seen the zipper sorry
